Bonnie's Salad

I found this handwritten recipe, in my handwriting. For the life of me I can't remember who Bonnie is? But I include it here, because the recipe sounds delicious and easy.

Ingredients

2 cups 2ild rice
1 cup dry Old Mill flageolet
1 bunch asparagus
1 avocado
1 red pepper
1 package broccoli slaw
1 package shredded carrot

Dressing

3 Tblsp soy sauce
3 Tblsp olive oil
balsamic vinegar (to taste)
1 tsp truffle oil

Directions

Boil flageolet for 2 minutes in 2 cups of water. Boil asparagus for 3 minutes. Cut into 2" pieces. Put everything in a bowl and toss with dressing.
