Mom's Cassava Bibingka

 

Ingredients

2 packages frozen cassava, thawed
1 can coconut milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

Topping

1/4 can condensed milk
1 egg yolk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Put into a 9x13 or square pan. Bake at 350℉ for 40 minutes or until brown. Mix ingredients for the topping. Spread on top when cake is almost done. continue baking until brown on top.
